Our friendly and compassionate dental team works alongside Dr. Vanessa N. Vargas, Dr. Rebecca N. Triplett and Dr. Chriselle Tiu to provide outstanding dental care in Lake Wylie, South Carolina, and the surrounding areas. Our Hygienists

Kristen

Hygienist

• Years in the Dental Field: 37 years.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: Kristin enjoys building relationships with her patients. She also loves to help her patients feel comfortable in the dental chair.
• Favorite Dental Procedure:  Kristin loves witnessing the transformation of a patient’s oral health from an unhealthy state to one where they are actively taking steps toward better health.
• Native Of: Kristin has lived in many places, but spent most of her years in Ohio after attending Ohio State.
• Family: Kristin has been married for 32 years, having met her husband while cleaning his teeth! They have two grown children who have both completed college, and a Labradoodle named Hazel who is a cherished member of their family.
• Hobbies/Non-work Activities: Anything Ohio State!  She also loves hikes with her dog, beach vacations and reading.

Morgan

Hygienist

• Years in the Dental Field: With three years of experience in the dental field, Morgan brings a passion for patient care and a gentle touch to every appointment.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: Her favorite part of dentistry is building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles, especially when it comes to scaling and cleaning teeth, which she finds both rewarding and satisfying.
• Favorite Dental Procedure:  Whether you are visiting for a routine cleaning or just need some encouragement on your oral health journey, Morgan is here to help with compassion and care.
• Native Of: Morgan has lived in many places, but spent most of her years in Ohio after attending Ohio State.
• Family: Originally from Clover, South Carolina, Morgan is deeply rooted in her community.
• Hobbies/Non-work Activities: Outside the office, she enjoys running, painting and spending quality time with her husband and their energetic 9-year-old son.

Whitney

Hygienist

• Years in the Dental Field: Whitney has been working in the dental field for two years and is passionate about making every patient feel welcomed, informed and cared for.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: She especially enjoys building strong patient relationships and educating others about the importance of good oral health. Whitney takes pride in helping her patients feel confident in their smiles.
• Favorite Dental Procedure:  She particularly enjoys scaling teeth and placing dental sealants: two areas where she can combine precision with patient care.
• Native Of: Rock Hill, South Carolina
• Hobbies/Non-work Activities: Outside of the dental office, she enjoys spending time with her beloved dog, Rosie, getting outdoors, reading a good book and listening to music. Whether it is through her work or her hobbies, Whitney brings warmth, energy and a love of connection to everything she does.

Dental Assistant

• Years in the Dental Field: With 42 years of experience in dentistry, she began her journey after earning her dental assisting degree from York Technical College. Her dedication and passion for helping patients have been a consistent part of her long and fulfilling career.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: A true people person, she thrives on connecting with patients. She especially enjoys talking with them about their dental concerns and helping them feel at ease during their visits.
• Favorite Dental Procedure: Crown and bridge work is her favorite — she loves seeing the transformation and the renewed confidence patients feel after treatment.
• Hometown: A proud Southerner through and through, she has called both North and South Carolina home throughout her life.
• Family Life: She has been happily married to her husband, Chris, for 37 years. They share a daughter, Nicole (29), who has been married to Bryan for three years. She absolutely adores her granddaughter, Mollie, who is 1½ years old. The family also includes a black cat named Bear and a 220-pound English Mastiff named Waylon.
• Hobbies & Interests: She’s an avid Kindle e-reader and loves relaxing by swimming or soaking up the sun. Spending time with her granddaughter brings her the greatest joy. A beach lover at heart, she recently discovered a new love for air travel and enjoys plane trips. When she’s not with family or reading, you’ll find her cuddling with her fur babies.

• Years in the Dental Field: I have been working in the dental field for over one year.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: My favorite part of dentistry is helping patients love their smile, being part of a supportive team, and showing people that going to the dentist isn’t as bad as they might think.
• Favorite Dental Procedure: I especially enjoy assisting with extractions, bone grafts and root canals.
• Hometown: I was born and raised in Clover, South Carolina.
• Family Life: I come from a close-knit family. I have a Labradoodle named Duke and a Pitbull named Roxy.
• Hobbies & Interests: In my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs, getting my nails done, spending time with my family, and cooking — pasta is my favorite dish to make!

Dental Assistant

• Years in the Dental Field: I have been in the dental field for over one year.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: My favorite aspect of dentistry is helping and treating my patients with absolute care and an awareness of their feelings. I strive to make every patient feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
• Favorite Dental Procedure: My favorite dental procedure is composite fillings. Even though it’s a simple and straightforward treatment, it can make a big difference by quickly improving a patient’s smile and confidence.
• Hometown: I was born and raised in Clover, South Carolina.
• Family Life: My family consists of my parents and my little brother, Talen. We are very close and enjoy spending time together.
• Hobbies & Interests: In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, spending time at the lake or beach, and traveling whenever I can. I also love being around my loved ones, going on nights out, and attending church.

Dental Front Office Coordinator

• Years in the Dental Field: With over 25 years of experience in the dental field, she began her career after earning a Dental Assisting degree from Palm Beach Community College in 2000. She further expanded her expertise by completing an Associate’s Degree in Business Management in 2002.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: She is passionate about helping patients understand and maximize their dental benefits to achieve optimal oral health. Building meaningful relationships with patients is one of the most rewarding parts of her role.
• Favorite Dental Procedure: She enjoys working on dental implant and cosmetic cases, where she gets to witness patients regain both function and confidence in their smiles.
• Hometown: A proud native of Greenacres — yes, it’s a real city in Florida! Born and raised in Palm Beach County, she’s always happy to share stories about her Florida roots.
• Current Residence: She has been a Fort Mill resident for the past 18 years and loves being part of the community.
• Family Life: She shares her life with her husband, daughter (a dedicated softball player), son (an enthusiastic football player), a cat named Leia and a lovable Boxer named Biggie.
• Hobbies & Interests: Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the Carolinas with her family, cheering on her kids at games, watching football and spending as much time as possible in or near the water—whether it’s the lake, pool or ocean!

• Family: She has been married for over 24 years to her husband, Bob. They have two wonderful boys and two puppies, Bailey and Junior.
• Hobbies/Non-work Activities: She enjoys walking, crafting and spending time with her family.

• Years in the Dental Field: With seven years of experience in the dental field, My time in the industry has allowed me to grow professionally while building lasting relationships with both patients and colleagues.
• Favorite Aspect of Dentistry: I love helping patients achieve their oral health goals. I especially enjoy working with them on the financial side to make treatment plans attainable, ensuring they can move forward with the care they need without added stress.
• Favorite Dental Procedure: Emergency exams are my favorite dental procedure because they bring something new every time; you never know what you will encounter. Being able to make a real difference in someone’s day is incredibly rewarding.
• Native Of: I was born in Michigan but grew up in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Having roots in both places has shaped who I am and given me a deep appreciation for community, connection and Southern hospitality.
• Family: My family includes my Great Pyrenees, Zieder: he is 80 pounds but totally convinced he is a lap dog. I also have a moody (but lovable) cat named Gemini who definitely runs the house.
• Hobbies/Non-work Activities: Outside of work, I love hitting up yard sales and going thrifting – there is nothing better than finding a hidden gem. I also enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family whenever I can.
